DELIVERY

Divani offers FREE delivery for all orders over $150 to Australia and New Zealand customers.

Orders under $150 are subject to the following delivery charges:

AUSTRALIA $9.95
 NEW ZEALAND $19.95

 

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your clothes which is why we offer returns for change of mind for exchange or store credit only, provided that: 
a.  The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
b.  The item is returned unworn,
c.  All original labels and tickets are attached to the item,
d.  The item was not purchased on sale,
e.  Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

Please note: Items purchased in-store must be returned with the original DIVANI receipt for proof of purchase.

  

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM? 

ONLINE
  1. Email sales@divani.com.au with your order number, the name of the items you wish to return, and whether you would like an exchange or a store credit.
  2. We will give you a Return Authorisation number and a return address.
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Divani will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  4. Post your parcel back to the address provided, with the RA number. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

 
IN-STORE
If you purchased your item online and you're lucky enough to live near one of our Divani stores, you can make a return in-store as long as all the above requirements are met, and you have your order number for proof of purchase,

MY ITEM IS FAULTY
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty:
  • Please email sales@divani.com.au with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible.
  • Any faults that occur after 1 month will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty**
